**Ensure IT Data, Architecture and Process governance for co. Expectation from the role will be to develop an understanding of the co. expectations on these areas and then develop procedures, processes and framework to document, communicate and ensure the implementation of these processes.

Ensure that the procedures are in line with the co. IT procedure framework and is aligned to GCP controls and other audit requirements.


Expectation will be to be able to participate in the project / major change reviews to assess architecture, data and process level compliance and alignment.


  • Participate in the project / major change reviews to assess architecture, data and process level compliance and alignment
  • Ensure alignment with the co. group expectations linked to architecture, Data governance, Data documentations, Data protection and overall IT procedures
  • Steer the development and ongoing updation of IT policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all IT policies and procedures are compliant with regulatory and co. IT group requirements
  • Maintain a schedule of policy review and submission to the board for approval to ensure that the yearly review and necessary modifications are done
  • Maintain the evidence as part of the procedure implementation
  • Provide the necessary monthly MIS to publish the status of procedure documentation / implementation
  • Lead the design of co.
IT processes, Maintain the reference documentation of the co. IT processes,

  • Maintains the reference documentation of the IT department organization including org chart, people list
  • Be a SPOC for internal and external audits pertaining to the IT procedures and their implementation.
  • Drive the internal communications e.g. mailers to internal staff on the importance of IT policies and procedures like antivirus, software licensing, security, data protection etc
  • Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership
  • Conducting research in talent management to improve the organization's business operations
  • Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance
  • Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals
  • Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control
  • Overseeing data management, data analytics, and data governance
  • Ensuring data quality
  • Spearheading data and information strategy
  • Menage and maintain technology catalogue
  • All solution review ( ~5 to 6 vendors ) in terms of Data and Archi
  • Ownership of Procedures GCP Ctrls, RCSA related to Archi and Data
  • Initiatives related to PDP

Contributing Responsibilities

  • For the procedures related to IR Risk, coordinate and consolidate the development and the maintenance which are under the responsibility of the ITRO,
  • Assess on a regular basis assess the IT processes performance and launch improvement loops when needed

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:

  • Strong work experience on IT procedure / Governance framework including activities like Development, testing, production support, ITSM, asset management, IT budgeting
  • Exposure to COBIT or equivalent frameworks
  • Excellent written documentation skills (language, format, diagrams)
  • Excellent Teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convey messages to senior leadership
  • Take individual ownership of high level tasks like policy framing, review, planning and visioning
  • Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
  • Exposure to conduct training / presentation to a large audience
  • Exposure to IT audits
