About the Team:

The FP&A team partners with the business team to drive growth sustainably.

The team's focus remains on improving category margins and minimizing financial risks by understanding the key business drivers, analyse key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, support to sales / finance management.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide aid in preparation of company sales budget and contribution margin
  • Support in updating new raw material Standard cost and sales article cost entry on SAP
  • Material requirements planning based on sales budget volumes
  • Monthly sales statistics closing and balancing with SAP FI.
  • Provide support in preparing actual vs budget/forecast variance analysis with detailed reasons. Analyse past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
  • Support in monitoring budgets for OPEX (Commercial Variable & Fixed, Industrial, General and Administration Costs, Depreciations, etc.) through tight control on spends
  • Independently work on analysis of the company/company's competitor's financial performance
  • Involvement in preparation of CAPEX budget/plan for new projects & investments
  • Partnering closely with CFO and crossfunctional teams to finalize annual/quarterly operating plans and forecast
  • Drive continuous improvements including simplification of processes, reports and maximise automation of reporting
  • Work towards standardisation and documentation of key processes

Technical skills required:


  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Excel, word and PowerPoint
  • Conversant with financial data tools (SAP, BI)
  • Chartered Accountant with 02 years of relevant post qualification experience
