We are looking for a Sales Executive in Bangalore location from Building material / Construction Industry

Job Title:
Sales Executive / Officer

Salary Range:
₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1-2 years


Location:
Bangalore

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm

Industry Experience:
Building materials supply / B2B


Gender:
Male / Female


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively engage in sales activities to meet and exceed individual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building materials supply sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business growth.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of the company's products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the professional network.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials supply or B2B sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with market trends and customer needs in the building materials industry.

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
