FRONT OFFICE
Handle entire Front Office operations.
Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
Develop and maintain front office public & client relations including sending greeting to new clients, seasonal wishes, birthday wishes, developing office public relations, etc.
Maintenance and development of the company client database on google drive and netcore.
Work closely with Admin & Business Managers on smooth administration so as to assist on all day to day activities including calls & client meetings.
Work with the marketing team and other members to give clients and excellent experience on their every visit.
Set up telephonic / video conference calls for the team as and when required.
Make and receive relevant calls as and when required as and when required by the Marketing Team. Moderate all incoming and outgoing calls and develop desired connectivity on business.
Check and maintain The Bangalore Real Estate Co. and Ahad Retail Social Media (LinkedIn and Ahad Retail) by regular approval from boss.
Analyse and optimise conference room and office space usage.
Act on the following and keep pristine record of office administration accounts on a daily basis:
Petty cash (with office support)
Landline and mobiles
Access Cards
Flowers, Newspaper, Magazines
Couriers - Incoming & Outgoing
Maintenance & repairs
Office Holidays (Needs to be informed early)
Birthdays of Clients people at the Office
Office Attendance
Payments made and received (All bills to be give to Admin and payments should happen on time)
Walk-Ins and Walks outs of all in the office
Attendance Punch in and Punch out of all people at the office
OFFICE SUPPORT & HOUSEKEEPING-SUPERVISION
Ensure office hygiene and pristine environs including hospitality, lighting, ambient music (CD only), Conference room services, pantry service and general cleanliness during and off client visits.
Optimise office operations by working seamlessly with Housekeeping for effective management of resources like electricity, refreshments, etc.
Work closely with the Office Support and Housekeeping to ensure smooth functioning of the office and business. Maintain the best working environment always
Maintain proper stock and monthly office inventory including stationery, Pantry items, toiletries, etc
Office timings are as follows:
Monday to Friday | 09:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday | 09:30 AM to 07:00 PM
Sunday is a Holiday
Dress Code:
Formals + shoes.

₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
