Job Purpose:


  • Overall responsible for the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture within the division
  • Ensure delivery of business process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed systems
  • Ensure the timely implementation by directing, guiding and helping others.
- able to monitor, assess and develop required performance management


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for efficient execution and effective implementation of all process reengineering, change and quality projects across operations.
  • Create a culture of "Continual Improvement" in the overall process.
  • Compiles and prepares reports, presentations and other documents as instructed by the management.
  • Provide proactive analytical and strategic insights on business performance.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee Role and assigned by the management
  • Performance review of Inside sales Team & represent on weekly basis
  • Motivation plan for better sales Performance of Inside sales
  • Business Target meeting analysis & represent on quarterly basis
  • Data planning & Data Management Monitoring
  • Recruitment Monitoring & coordination for group of companies
