Job Purpose:
- Overall responsible for the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery and to create a continuous improvement culture within the division
- Ensure delivery of business process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed systems
- Ensure the timely implementation by directing, guiding and helping others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for efficient execution and effective implementation of all process reengineering, change and quality projects across operations.
- Create a culture of "Continual Improvement" in the overall process.
- Compiles and prepares reports, presentations and other documents as instructed by the management.
- Provide proactive analytical and strategic insights on business performance.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the employee Role and assigned by the management
- Performance review of Inside sales Team & represent on weekly basis
- Motivation plan for better sales Performance of Inside sales
- Business Target meeting analysis & represent on quarterly basis
- Data planning & Data Management Monitoring
- Recruitment Monitoring & coordination for group of companies
- For Sales
- Planning, Prepare strategy, Execution & Monitoring
- Tendering
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Support working communication with the management team.
