  • 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Minimum experience:
  • 23 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or advisory roles.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Proficiency in market analysis and financial modeling.

Profile introduction:


As a Property Advisor specializing in commercial real estate, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating transactions and providing expert guidance to clients in their commercial property ventures.

Your expertise will contribute to the success of various commercial projects, including office spaces, retail outlets, industrial facilities, and mixed-use developments.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential commercial properties for sale, lease, or investment.
  • Evaluate properties to determine their suitability for clients' needs and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and financial capabilities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, property reports, and financial analyses to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of commercial property transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Coordinate property viewings and inspections.
  • Assist clients in navigating legal and financial procedures related to commercial real estate transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and other industry professionals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting commercial real estate.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated track record of successful commercial property transactions.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex commercial real estate projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

Salary:

₹38, ₹45,000.00 per month
