Description
Skills Required- Must have hands on Experience at Portals like Upwork, Freelancer etc.
- Researching & Connecting with Set no. of professionals (prospective Startups) each day, Generating & Maintaining the leads/database /CRM.
- Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling depending on the Startup requirement area of interest.
- Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target.
- Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Interacting with clients to understand the requirements.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
Track and report data
Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
Manage budgets
Maintain a competitive market knowledge
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Upwork: 1 year (preferred)
