We are Trading and Processing - CX (Customer Experience) Team providing CX Services to our Client Globally, so we have different teams working on different products.
What you will be doing
This position is for Trading and Processing group: You will be responsible for CX support, level2 support for T&P product suite clients and working on the overnight batch processes for our US based Trading clients, incidents handling, Open to work in shifts to cover client requirements.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
- Min 5 years of experience on CX support.
- Strong understanding of Capital Market domain like trading life cycle, security finance, lending and borrowing, collateral management, repo management. Good knowledge of Financial Products like SWIFT, Bonds, Derivatives, Equities, market data etc.
- Good experience on level2 support on products related to Capital Market. Experience with level1 support and interaction with clients to resolve issues.
- Good understanding of trading environments and overnight batch processes
- Ability to communicate to clients and understand files dependencies and communicate with clients when files are late and delayed
- Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Team Support, Jira, Service Now.
- Raise any issues related to process and get it resolved.
- Readiness to work in shift as required
- India morning/afternoon time
- On call support on weekdays and weekends as needed
- Participate in DR activities with clients on weekends as needed
- Communicating with management and Client in regular intervals for major issues found in the IT system.
- Document troubleshooting steps and service restoration details in PIR/IR document
- Make sure all Incidents details are logged in Ticketing tool, allocating categorization and prioritization of incident
- Prior experience in Incident Management
- Strong knowledge of IT service management software
- ITIL
