As a Business Process Analyst Manager, you will manage the O2C Team and work with
- business stakeholders (Accounting, FP&A, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, etc.) to gather,

analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes and the implementation

of new ERP Unit 4 at Expleo.

  • IT teams to understand standard solution capabilities, bridge the functional need with
software capabilities, and guide towards global core model solutions respecting the

business need, global standardization, and software capability adherence.

  • Your team of business analysts that are the daytoday contact with all our businesses
globally on both project and business-as-usual related queries.

Roles & Responsibilities


During Implementation of ERP:

  • Lead structured meetings and use collaborative workshops to capture requirements and
uncovered expectations

  • Assess processes; identify the current and future business processes
  • Elicit what is behind and underneath stated requirements rather than just collecting and
organizing requirements

  • Design functionally the core model solution based on business inputs
  • Ensure the proposed solutions fit into the global strategy and core model
  • Define and execute tests scenarios related to the function built
  • Perform validations and testing of system changes and implementation
  • Deliver recommendations and reports to stakeholders
  • Report progress/risk / issues/alert on the project to the project manager
  • Capitalize knowledge and documentation by delivering elements of systems design, data
migration rules, business rules, etc.

  • Facilitate communication between internal project team and vendor
  • Prioritize topics and manage the backlog of the team
During the Run / Business-as-Usual phase

root cause analysis, issue resolution, testing, and change management)

  • Act as a trusted counterpart on O2C functional issues within the global finance community
and liaise with IT teams

  • Perform enduser training and support
  • Review and challenge existing processes and documentation and ensure continuous process
improvements (including automation where possible) are met by designing, documenting, and

executing optimal processes.

  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of the maintenance (user support and training, incident
and problem management, enhancement, upgrades, etc.)

  • Collaboration with local businesses, Corporate BPOs and IT center of competency is strongly
required.

  • Strong knowledge on O2C, Interco, Invoicing is plus
At any time

  • Manage O2C ERP team members directly under you, developing their skills and capabilities
to meet the needs of the organization. Act in close collaboration with Group Finance, HR,

etc departments in which the business analysts will be allocated hierarchically (matrix

management).

  • Strong liaise with Corp BPOs, business management, and IT management
Skills & Qualifications

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 8 to 10 years of experience in ERP implementation & support with IT
/ ITES MNCs

  • Profound knowledge of Finance & Business Finance / Controlling processes, core HR and
professional service business processes

  • Broad & proven experience in ERP projects, operations, and team management
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Unit4, SAP) and associated business processes
  • Knowledge of IT interfaces and data management
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Able to convey technical concepts to nontechnical partners
  • Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment
  • Experience in matrix organization functional leadership
  • Excellent internal customer service, team building, and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and management
of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources

  • Capable of producing highquality written documentation, and communications materials
and proficient in verbal communication.

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • French is a help
  • Required to work in European shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST)
