The concerned person will be a part of HUL Customer development, Centre of Excellence (CoE), Function. COE is a specialized and highly focused function that drives excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in the sales function.

It serves as a central hub for expertise, best practices, training, and support, aiming to enhance sales performance, efficiency, and effectiveness throughout the organization.

It is a center for data analytics and performance metrics which is used to analyse sales trends, identify areas of improvement, and develop actionable insights to enhance sales performance.

Job Description - Sales Strategy Executive


We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Strategy Executive to provide support to Head of COE to carry out his daily working schedule.

You will work closely with the head of COE and ensure that they have the support needed to effectively manage their daily activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between the COE and other executives, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for all PMO activities for the COE head to ensure delivery of all projects on time.
  • Prepare briefing material for team reviews.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for the COE Head
  • Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure that deadlines are met, and projects are completed on time.
  • Maintain confidential files and records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Active participation in the Teams important meeting to prepare MOM's and their tracking.
  • Manage the COE Head's calendar and schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics as requested by the COE Head
  • Manage expenses and budgets for the COE head and senior leaders of the team as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the COE Head
Skills Required

  • 34 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in coordinating across multiple teams and Stakeholder management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding and working of General trade/FMCG industry will be an added benefit.
