Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Plan, produce and present highquality video content on various topics related to real estate.
Research, write and edit scripts for videos.
Collaborate with other team members to create content that is informative and engaging for our target audience.
Conduct interviews with real estate experts and industry leaders.
Coordinate with the video production team to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of videos.
Monitor and analyze audience engagement to optimize content for better engagement.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and news to ensure that content is relevant and informative.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
35 years of experience in anchoring as well as scriptwriting for videos.
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
Good knowledge of video production techniques and software.
Understanding of real estate and business journalism.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver highquality work consistently.
