Primary Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Extensive experience in cold calling, company mapping, and headhunting.
  • Working experience for niche requirements
  • Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and recruitment for IT.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Handson experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with database and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Requirement:

  • 2+ years of experience in fullcycle IT recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and driven.
  • A staffing background is a must.
  • International recruitment experience (US, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Australia, etc.)
  • Headhunting, Cold Calling, Client Coordination, Gate Crashing, Company Mapping experience.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
