    Description

    The ideal candidate will be looking for a self-driven, high-energy Manager - US Staffing to work from our Vadodara office. The candidate needs to identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. You will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy, leading a team of recruiters to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent for our organization. You will leverage your expertise in technical recruiting and your leadership skills to drive the success of our recruitment initiatives, ensuring that we continue to build a high-performing team of professionals who will contribute to our company's growth and success.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their goals and targets.
    • Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA.
    • Extend relationships to client VMS to tap additional business.
    • Responsible for building and managing a portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned Account or the portfolio of Accounts, by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle.
    • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage top technical talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans to fulfill those requirements effectively.
    • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and technical interviews, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, advising them on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
    • Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of recruitment tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
    • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
    • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
    • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
    • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent.
    • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and other relevant recruitment tools and technologies.
    • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
