Description

Responsibilities:

Previous experience as a Corporate Travel desk for 2 to 4 years.
Minimum 1 year experience in a corporate environment available 24/7, with knowledge of invoicing (screening, verifying from vendors, coordinating with internal accounts/MIS Report Submissions), and the ticketing process.
Proficient in all modes of travel ticketing (Air, Hotel, Car, Visa, & Other Misc).
Handson experience with online ticket issuance independently (not through vendors/agencies).
Managing invoices per week (checking, verifying, approval, coordinating with the Finance team, knowledge of GST).
Ensure all travel bookings are made without escalation as per employee eligibility and travel requests are closed within prescribed TAT.

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintain Travel booking MIS.
Ensure clearance of all travel vendor invoices and report submissions within SLA.
Share nodues certificate of respective vendors with the finance department quarterly.
International experience preferred.
Knowledge of Galileo/Amadeus & Sabre is a plus.

Advanced MS Excel Expert Responsibilities:

Compile and organize Travel data.
Utilize different data sources for analyses.
Convert data into usable information.
Develop reports and presentations.

Microsoft Advance Excel Skills:
Worksheet Formatting, Functions & Formulas, Charts, Building Pivot Table Report, VBA, Conditional Formatting, Arrays, V-Lookup/H-Lookup/Graphs/Report Slicers.
