Procurement Coordinator


We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to assist in the sourcing, procurement, and management of medical supplies and vendor management.

The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for inputting order data, communicating with vendors, tracking shipments, and identifying cost savings and improvements to the process.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Procurement Lead with all stages of the procurement process and work crossfunctionally with all internal and external teams.
  • Manage weekly supplier communication channels to stay on top of all outstanding orders.
  • Prepare and draft purchase orders and upload corresponding shipment data into our tools.
  • Develop and implement new procurement and sourcing strategies, aligning with industry news and best practices.
  • Work crossfunctionally with our internal teams to manage inventory and ensure orders are placed on time to support forecasted demand, maintain healthy inventory levels, and support growth.
  • Oversee the timely management and execution of orders, ensuring that status updates and order deliveries are communicated to the appropriate Field Operations point of contact.
  • Support with the development of strategies to select the best products

Requirements:


  • Supply Chain, Accounting or Data Input Experience preferred
  • Experience with internal and external written and verbal communication
  • Ability to pull and coordinate data from multiple sources
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, ambiguous environment with little oversight
  • Manage all supplier onboarding for Procurement and ERP systems for existing and new potential suppliers
  • Initiate supplier invites, provide supplier support, and follow up to complete the registration process.
  • Collaborate with various teams including financial operations, accounting, and sourcing to action documentspecific requests to advance documents in workflow promptly

Preferred Experience(Education, certifications and experience):


  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training, and experience, plus two plus years of related experience.
  • Previous experience in medical field preferred.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are required.
  • Attention to detail and a great facility for numbers required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully.
  • Must be able of working independently and taking initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required.

Pay:
₹400, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
