Job Description- Community Manager/Virtual Assistant
About the role:
A Community Manager will be a virtual tele caller for the customer.
They will help the customer in aspects like finding the right volunteer for their need, navigating through the ops portal details and ensuring to maintain the relations with User and Volunteers for Patient connect.
Community Manager will be responsible for managing the patient connect community.Responsibilities:
- Understanding the needs of the customer and finding the right match of volunteers meeting their requirements
- Onboarding Volunteers from Claims data by accessing a list from the ops portal.
- Creating leads from Claims intimation data.
- Sending the daily MIS of Onboarding and leads generated.
- Managing the customer requests raised by them on portal.
- Should be open to work six days in a week and weekly off would be on roster basis
Experience & Skills
- Prior experience working as a call centre executive.
- Should be proficient in Advance Excel skills.
- 12 years' experience related to medical industry will be beneficial
- Comfortable working on a computer, ability to quickly scale up and learn internal softwares
- Should be proficient & spontaneous in English/ Hindi
Education
- Any Graduate degree
