Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare highquality biryani dishes in accordance with restaurant recipes and specifications.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in biryani preparation.
- Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients or techniques to improve dish quality and kitchen efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on biryani preparation and presentation techniques.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring budget adherence.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menu items and special dishes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Biryani Chef or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a highvolume kitchen.
- Indepth knowledge of various regional biryani varieties and cooking techniques.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent culinary certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Salary:
₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
