Description
Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.- Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers.
- Process cash, credit card, and digital wallet payments using POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Calculate and tender change accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including keeping menus and promotional materials uptodate.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns regarding billing or service.
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation of the establishment.
- Keep track of inventory levels for items sold at the cashier station and notify management when stock is low.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
