    Description
    Tracking of key market trends for identifying new business opportunities and develop products having synergies with Human Nutrition Business; develop new applications and markets for existing products;

    • Coordination with Sales/Projects/R&D/Production/Supply chain/Finance for developing a business plan for new products, applications & markets.
    • Analysis of trade data of existing products ; Benchmarking with competition ; Analysis of key raw materials in terms availability/pricing/future trend ; Preparation of product brochures / business web site/business & investor presentations.
    • Define product quality /grades/packaging of existing products for meeting the requirement of the global markets ; Coordination with Production/R&D/projects/supply chain for achieving the same
    • Understanding the regulatory requirements of the global markets;
    • Coordination with regulatory department for getting product registrations, approvals & certifications
    • Support to Sales team for developing new accounts/ retaining existing accounts ; Resolving customer complaints ; Attending to customer questionnaires
    • Analysis of the costing of the entire value chain and identifying areas for improvements/ cost reduction /profitability enhancement ; Analysis of the existing processes & systems and coordination with IT and business team for improving the same
    • Responsible for the pricing and overall promotion/demand generation of a product/category.
    • The incumbent with be responsible for conceptualising, developing commercialization & launching new product/s.
    • Help develop a multiyear product roadmap based on consumer demand pattern. Deliver strategic direction to the entire portfolio by identifying national & international trends & identifying market gaps
    • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and shortterm
    • Thinking ahead of the market curve and creating products which are ready to cater to consumer generation or the new age consumer
    • Multidisciplinary knowledge market /technical /finance/R&D process.
    • Ability to convert ideas into viable business opportunities
    • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods, persuasiveness and an analytical mind with a strategic ability
    • Possess a solid understanding of the markets / industry in which he / she operates.
    • Degree in Nutrition/Food Science/Medical Science with MBA from Premier Institute
