Job Profile (Consultancy and Litigation):
- Legal Research (books / software);
- Drafting of legal opinions, mail replies, etc.;
- Drafting of appeal memorandum, reply to Notices including SCNs
- Representation before Commissioner (Appeals), Tribunal (depending upon interest and skillsets);
- Use of interpretational and analytical skills while carrying out Due Diligence and Tax Optimization Reviews;
- Preparation of presentations (client deliverable / monthly bulletin);
- Regular reading to keep abreast of latest amendments
- Gender : Female/ Male
