1. Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.

• Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
• Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
• Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures,course structure,course details
• Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
• Cold calling for IVR calls

Responsibilities and Duties:
Keep updated about the latest trends in School courses, RRB, SSC, Bank PO etc.


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

• Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
