Job Purpose


As an MIS Executive for the mass outreach campaign at JustJob by Vision India Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing efforts to reach a broader audience of job seekers and employers.

You will be responsible for handling extensive data sets and utilizing Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and present campaign-related data.

Your exceptional Excel skills will be instrumental in driving data accuracy, and insights, and improving campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

  • Gather, organize, and maintain large datasets for mass outreach campaigns, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop efficient data entry and validation processes to streamline campaign data handling.
  • Regularly update and maintain campaignrelated databases.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, data validation, VLOOKUP, etc.) to analyze and interpret campaign data.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to present key performance indicators and campaign progress.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data analysis to enhance campaign targeting and effectiveness.

Campaign Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and objectives.
  • Provide datadriven recommendations to optimize outreach strategies and enhance the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Support the team in executing mass outreach campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  • Perform data cleaning and validation procedures to maintain a high level of data quality.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data management processes and campaign efficiency.
  • Suggest and implement automation solutions to streamline data handling tasks.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications

  • Any Graduate
Specific experience

  • Expertise in managing and analyzing large datasets using Microsoft Excel.
Overall experience 5-6 Years of experience in Data Management (Crore plus)

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, data validation, VLOOKUP, etc.
  • Strong understanding of data manipulation and formulae writing.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or other database management tools is desirable.
Analytical Mindset

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
Communication

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Team Player - Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment


Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
