Purpose of the role:


  • To execute CSR initiatives that aligns with Equitas Vision & Mission
  • To coordinate Equitas Asset, Liability Teams and communities for carrying out the budgeted CSR initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

a. To identify, Counsel and help those women living on pavements to move to a house.

b. To scrutinize house advance requests and should recommend only the eligible cases for next level approval.

c. To organize Health Camps for these rehabilitated / households from BPL category

d. To organize income generating training for the rehabilitated women / SHG women by deploying part time trainers

e. To help the women entrepreneurs to market their produce through market linkages / by organizing exhibitions

f. To coordinate with Placement Manager and organize job fairs for helping unemployed youth

a. C S R Manager ( Supervisor )

b. Branch Staff /Branch Banking Teams


Desired Experience:


  • 6 Months to 1 year experience in NGO / development sector
  • Languages : Should speak, read and write in Tamil, English & fluency in other Languages are value addition
  • Computer/technical skills (if any) : Basic Computer knowledge / MS Office Application

Qualifications:


  • Graduation: Any bachelor graduate with at least 1 Year NGO / Social Work
  • Postgraduation: BSW / MSW with at least 6 months to 1 Year experience
  • Professional Qualifications: Not required
  • Certifications (please specify):Not required
