Job description
- Handling ocean export shipments, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Having knowledge of online S/Line bookings, SI filing, INTTRA, VGM, Form 13, and Odex.
- Liaison between clients and shipping lines to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinating with the International Team for shipment approval.
- Preparation, execution, and issuance of Master Bill of Lading (MBL) and House Bill of Lading (HBL).
- Sending onboard confirmation and Pre-Alert to relevant parties.
- Corresponding with S/Lines, coloaders, and clients
Skills and Qualifications:
- Min 5 years experience
- Proficient in verbal and written skills
CTC: 4.8 L to 5.4 L
Education Qualification:
Graduate will be preferred
