Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Time - 9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to attract guests, secure bookings, and maximize revenue.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and guest demographics to identify sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage guest information, preferences, and interactions, enabling personalized sales and service.

Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable contracts, partnerships, and deals with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to drive business growth.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing sales teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 Years 5 years in Hotel industry
