Mis Executive - Ahmedabad, India - Redex Enterprise
Description
1) Ensuring statutory compliance to all the applicable labor laws like ESIC, PF Act, Welfare Fund, Factories Act, Contract labor Act.2) End to end responsibility of Monthly payroll processing, Annual Salary Revisions, Benefits Management
3) Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.)
4) Responding to queries via mail and inbound calls.
5) Documentation, updating of details and onboarding of received data in master file.
5) Sharing and maintaining database of Esic and PF to employees.s
6) Any other back office and data maintenance activities as required in future.
7) Payroll Data Sheet Maintenance where verifying the attendance and salary details including its ESIC, PT, PF Calculation etc.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
