Responsible for Telecalling / Pre

• Sales to guide & support the clients in getting their desired properties.

Job Description:

• Call lead prospective that are generated by internal/external sources.
• Calling daily on the database provided by the company
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
• Encourage customer to come for a property tour. Identify decision makers within

targeted leads to begin sales process.

• Generate walk ins at the site.
• Ensure followup by passing leads to appropriate team members with callstoaction,

dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.

• Attend periodic sales training where applicable. Appropriately communicate brand

identity


Desired Profile / Requirements:

• Any Graduate/Undergraduate with Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• 0 2 years of direct work experience in a presales/real estate domain preferred not

mandatory.

• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Selfmotivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
