Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their academic strengths, weaknesses, interests, and goals.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student academic concerns and provide appropriate interventions.

Stay updated with educational programs, curriculum changes, and university admissions requirements to provide accurate information to students.
Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations on study skills, time management, and other relevant topics.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and academic progress.
Utilize technology tools and educational resources to enhance counseling services and student engagement.
Monitor and track student academic performance, attendance, and behavior, providing timely interventions as needed.
Collaborate with the career counseling team to guide students in exploring potential career paths and higher education options.
Assist in the development of educational resources, informational materials, and counseling programs.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and open houses to provide counseling support and engage with stakeholders.
Stay informed about trends in education, mental health, and counseling practices to enhance the quality of counseling services.
Foster a positive and inclusive counseling environment that promotes student well-being and personal growth.
