    Description

    We are in search of an adept AssistantGeneral Manager (AGM) Marketing with a profound understanding ofthe pharmaceutical industry particularly in infant nutrition.

    Theideal candidate should possess 1215 years of extensive marketingexperience showcasing strategic leadership and success in brandingwithin the pharmasector.

    KeyRoles &Responsibilities: Devise andexecute robust marketing strategies aimed at expanding marketpresence and brand recognition within the pharmaceutical domainspecifically in infant nutrition. Lead thedevelopment of strategic marketing plans encompassing productpositioning pricing strategies and targeted promotionalcampaigns. Collaborate crossfunctionally toensure alignment between marketing strategies and overarchingbusiness objectives driven by innovation and technologicaladvancements in infant healthcare. Conductcomprehensive market research and analysis to discern trendsconsumer behaviors and competitive positioning guiding strategicmarketing decisions. Oversee the creationand implementation of marketing materials including salescollateral advertising campaigns and digital content aligning withcompanys commitment to cuttingedge infant healthcaresolutions. Manage budgets forecast ROI andevaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs andanalytical metrics. Cultivate and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders including healthcareprofessionals distributors and industry thought leaders leveragingcompanys pioneering solutions.


    PreferredKnowledge & Skills:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or relatedfield. MBA preferred. 1215 years ofprogressive experience in marketing or branding within thepharmaceutical industry especially in infantnutrition. Demonstrated success in devisingand executing impactful marketing strategies contributingsignificantly to brand growth and marketexpansion. Strong analytical acumen with theability to translate market research data into actionableinsights. Exceptional leadership and teammanagement capabilities fostering collaboration andinnovation. Excellent communicationnegotiation and presentation skills.
    Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpacedenvironment. Strong people management skillscoaching and sales development expertise.
    Familiarity with MS Office suite particularly adept at handlingPowerPoint andExcel.
