    We are looking for an AGM – Operations who can imbibe these principles and as an integral piece of the puzzle, take responsibility for strategically planning and developing the Operations to be efficient and result oriented.

    Job Description

    Title: AGM Operations

    Location: Bengaluru, India

    Reports to: General Manager - Operations

    What we expect?


    • Supervise and coordinate the development of the entire departmental function.


    • Develop quality working relationships with all external contractors, suppliers, agencies and governmental bodies.


    • Effectively address client grievances, ensure satisfactory output and investigate escalation issues until resolved.


    • Analyse daily workflow and create department reviews & vendor review formats on monthly basis.


    • Instill company's mission, vision and values amongst the team.

    Financial Management


    • Better vendor base and in turn better vendor credit timelines.


    • Ensure timely management of vendor - partner payables and team expenses + vouchers.


    • Create list of forecasted pay-outs on weekly basis.


    • Create panel of vendor-partner for each function of event execution for broader market reach and better negotiation power.


    • Managing the P&L of all projects at a board approved level.


    • Manage project budgets and ensure company benchmarked profits.


    • Create best practices that helps company optimize on costs.


    • Plan & present the financial budget terms of recruitments and team expenses.


    • Ensure thorough PO system to be followed by the team.

    Leading a team


    • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of subordinates, follow best practices, manage & train resources.


    • To hire and build a team of professionals primarily involved in Event Operations.


    • Supervise tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of deliverables.


    • Create an environment of healthy inter departmental coordination with other departments.


    • Arrange for practical training sessions for various functions that fall under operations department like Production, Technical, Printing, Permissions, Artist Management etc.

    How we expect you to do it?


    • Manpower allocation basis expertise and experience amidst the team members.


    • Create checklist formats for ensuring company benchmarked output.


    • Managing internal and external processes including, departmental MIS, Reviews, Training, Forecasts, etc. on weekly and monthly basis to be submitted to the management.


    • Timely check of vendor database, talent database, hotels database etc.


    • Ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures of the department.

    Do you fit in?


    • To have 10 years or more of experience in the same or related industry.


    • Advanced Degree in business, marketing.


    • Excellent communication skills.


    • PC skills in Microsoft Office applications enough to create spreadsheets.


    • Proven leadership experience managing teams and coaching and mentoring individuals.
