- Identify and document bugs in JIRA with clear and concise descriptions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a SaaS product environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in QA, preferably within a startup setting.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, generate insightful reports, and present findings effectively.
- A collaborative team player with proven conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Usability testing will be considered an advantage.
- Exceptional command of both spoken and written English.
