What you will do:


  • Adhere to Service Level Agreements / Benchmark
  • Production Planning &Control, Process monitoring, Assignment & review of workload, analysis of SLA parameters viz. team performance and planning continuous improvement in performance, process optimization, adherence to reporting schedules and maintaining all necessary process documentation
  • Track clients' AR productivity (charge, payments, collections, adjustments) on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis as needed to ensure the client and company expectations are met
  • Analyze reports to determine when, how and why decrease in clients' AR; includes denials, unbilled, credit issues; holds; communicate with client and staff to resolve
  • Constant monitoring Team performance, evaluation and feedback to the Management
  • Counselling on regular basis for minimizing absenteeism and rate of attrition
  • Carry out Team members performance review at the regular intervals
  • To build a congenial work environment to reduce the stress among the team members and boost their morale
  • Analysis for the team members and identifying training needs for the team communication thereon
  • Introduce and refine measures supporting and enhancing quality on the production floor
  • To conduct daily team briefings
  • Proper communication within the team and escalate the related issues to the Management for timely resolution
  • Strictly follow the SLA while making external communication
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports for the purpose of internal and external use
  • Interact with clients
  • Allocate proper shifts and sanction weekly offs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Graduate/Masters in Science/Commerce/Business Management
  • Measures target achievements, skills and behaviour at work
  • SLA measurement and adherence
  • Driving continuous improvement and transformation
years of team handling experience (300 or more team members) of which 8-10 years in US Hospital/Provider RCM

  • Must have exposure to all RCM Line of Businesses
  • Patient Access, Insurance Verification, Billing, Cash Application, Patient/Payer Collection, Dispute/Denial Management
  • Customer Service orientated, assimilate with coemployees, potential for learning and enhancing skill set
  • Ability to grasp, relate and quick response
  • Interaction with team members at regular intervals, share knowledge and information
  • Commitment, Logical Thinking, Deliberate the decisions, Play a role model, grievance handling, open for suggestion
