    JobTitle: Factory StoreManager

    Location:KATHUA JAMMU

    JobDescription:

    We are seeking adedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operationsof our factory store. The Factory Store Manager will be responsiblefor managing inventory supervising staff and ensuring efficientoperations to meet customer demands while maintaining a high levelof customersatisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Overseeall aspects of the factory stores operations including inventorymanagement sales customer service and staffsupervision.
    2. Maintainaccurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels to meetcustomer demand.
    3. Coordinate withproduction and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment ofstock and availability ofproducts.
    4. Conductregular store inspections to maintain cleanliness organization andvisual merchandisingstandards

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Retail Management or a relatedfield.
    2. Minimum of 35 years ofexperience in retail management preferably in a factory ormanufacturing environment.
    3. Strongunderstanding of retail operations inventory management andcustomer serviceprinciples.
    4. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite and retail managementsoftware.
    5. Flexibility to workevenings weekends and holidays asneeded.
