Responsibilities:


  • Ability to empathize with customers.
  • Monitoring the entire customer service process.
  • Establish and sustain meaningful ties with an organization's clients.
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors or Masters degree needed.
  • Freshers/ 1+ years of experience as a customer service representative/Business development executive or a related field.
  • Fluency in English language.
