Qualification:
BSc, GNM, preferably one year experience. Freshers can also apply.

Provide patient care:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient needs and in accordance with nursing standards.

Administer medications:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in a safe and timely manner.

Monitor and document patient progress:
Continuously monitor patients' conditions and document their progress, including changes in their physical and emotional status.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team:
Work collaboratively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and families:
Provide education and support to patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care.

Maintain equipment and supplies:
Maintain and properly use medical equipment and supplies in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Ensure infection control:
Adhere to infection control procedures to minimize the risk of healthcare-associated infections.

Compliance with laws and regulations:
Follow all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to the practice of nursing.

Maintain confidentiality:
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements.

Continuous learning:
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
