  • In this role, you are expected to have good knowledge of order management cycle and will be responsible to creating the order, maintain and identify the errors. We are looking for some who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement._
  • Responsibilities_
  • The Role demands for a highly qualified professional who can provide guidance to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors. Senior Manager will be responsible for all the activities related to _
- _Should have very good hands-on experience in order management._
- _Review blocked orders for delivery for certain scenarios (e.g. MOQ), incorrect RDD, etc.) with the customer and request for the Order Validation Specialist to unblock them where appropriate._
- _Assist automatic order entry and resolving the failures of EDI issue or any other CRM tool._
- _Order Changes need to be amend Upon request from customer facing specialist and release the order to warehouse within cut-off._
- _Ensure the orders have been met LTL/FTL shipments._
- _Route communication between CS organization and transport team to manage order modifications and cancellations when a delivery is already built._
- _Booking the time slot in customer portal for delivery of orders_

  • Qualifications_
  • Minimum Qualifications_
- _BCOM/ MCOM/ MBA/ BBA or any relevant qualification_
- _Strong understanding of SAP & Excel_
- _Strong order management skills_
- _Experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments._
- _Self-starter and have analytical, problem solving skills_

  • Preferred qualifications_
- _Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required_
- _Good people and customer handling skills._
- _Effective communication and interpersonal skill._
