Assistant Professor -

Responsibilities:


Curriculum Development:
Assist in developing and updating course curricula to reflect the latest trends and advancements in the respective fields.


Research:

Conduct research in relevant areas of expertise, publish research papers in reputable journals, and present research findings at conferences.


Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to students, supporting their academic and career development.


Assessment and Grading:
Evaluate student performance, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and skills.


Academic Administration:
Participate in academic committees and departmental activities, contributing to the overall development of the department and institution.


Industry Engagement:
Foster collaborations with relevant industries and organizations to enhance practical learning opportunities for students.


Professional Development:

Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in Information Technology, Business and Management, or Animation and Creative Media fields to ensure teaching and research excellence.


Requirements:


Education:

A Ph.
D. or equivalent doctoral degree in the relevant field (Information Technology, Business and Management, or Animation and Creative Media).


Teaching Experience:
Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level will be an advantage.


Research Track Record:
Demonstrated research capabilities with publications in reputed journals and participation in relevant conferences.


Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students.


Passion for Education:
A genuine interest in imparting knowledge and helping students reach their full potential.

Salary:
₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
