As a Career Counsellor specializing in the AVGC industry, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals towards successful careers in animation, visual effects, gaming, and comics.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide personalized career counselling sessions to individuals interested in pursuing careers in the AVGC industry.
  • Stay updated on trends, advancements, and opportunities within the AVGC industry. Provide insights into the various career paths, specializations, and job roles available.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate educational programs, courses, and certifications relevant to their career goals.
  • Offer guidance on creating and enhancing portfolios tailored to specific roles within the AVGC industry.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their career journey.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in career counselling, coaching, or advising role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their unique career needs.
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, interpreting results, and providing actionable feedback.
  • Familiarity with educational institutions, training programs, and industry networks within the AVGC sector.

Pay:
₹10, ₹30,009.00 per month
