Description

Responsibilities:


  • Driving Sales through E-Commerce Platforms.
  • Creating results-driven strategies for sellers on the marketplaces.
  • Managing & executing promotional campaigns.
  • Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues and comments.
  • Working closely with demand planning and clients and ensuring smooth order fulfilment
  • Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sells through and offer code performance
  • Auditing and analysing the products and their background.
  • Well aligned with listing of products and opening of new accounts and understanding the framework of marketplaces.
  • Learning about new platforms and keeping updated about the marketplaces.

Requirements:


  • All ecommerce marketplace knowledge (Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Myntra, Blinkit, FirstCry, Meesho, Jio Mart, Ajio)
  • Strategic thinking
  • Brand analytics
  • Keeping up with the trend
  • Communication
  • PPC Campaigns
  • Keyword and SEO
  • Creative execution

Experience:
1 year of relevant experience

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Borivali, Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
