We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Production and Sales Coordinator. This role involves overseeing the manufacturing process and actively participating in sales activities. Responsibilities:


1.


Manufacturing:

• Coordinate and oversee the production of women's garments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
• Troubleshoot any production issues to ensure smooth operations.

2.


Sales:

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
• Assist in selling women's garments through various channels, including online and offline.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and drive sales.

3.


General:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales transactions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
• Contribute ideas to improve both production and sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in garment manufacturing and/or sales is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problemsolving mindset.
• Familiarity with fashion trends and market dynamics.
