Garnet & Gold is seeking a passionate, target-driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

We offer solutions to Event Conceptualisation and Execution, Artist Management, Audio, and Video Production, Lighting and Sound Design, Stage and Exhibition Fabrication, Live Musical Nights, Social and Promotional Events, Talent Hunts, and more under one roof.

As we expand our operations, we are looking for driven individuals who can join us to strengthen our brand and drive our sales targets.

EXPERIENCE:
0-2 years, freshers welcome


REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Selfmotivated and targetdriven mindset.
• Prior experience in sales or related roles would be an added advantage.
• A proven track record of success in sales and conversions would be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to create demonstrations and presentations to showcase companyprofile and services offered to potential clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay updated with the industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals to effectively and efficiently meet targets.

Pay:
From ₹10,000.00 per month
