Objective:The incumbent is expected towork closely with ExxonMobil s Field Engineering (FES) &Sales Team in collaboration with Distributor team of assignedterritories and should possess good understanding of Industrial andAutomotive applications therein to further blend knowledge ofindustrial & automotive lubricants for delivering Valuebased solutions to customers.

KeyResults /Accountability:

• Afield based TSE to support the Industrial & Automotivebusinesses of ExxonMobil Lubricants by supporting customers throughtechnicalservices.
  
• Shouldassist in identifying and developing new opportunities forobtaining customer recognised Value through innovative thinking andbenefitselling.
  
• Responsiblefor supporting ongoing field trials of high performance oils& greases through regular visits & by maintainingproper coordination and communication with thestakeholders.
  
• Responsiblefor carrying ExxonMobil s motto of Safety first & mustfollow 3rd party site safety principles & JobSafetyAnalysis prerequisites during customervisits.
  
• Shouldbe able to carry out equipment inspections & further shouldknow using MS Word for creating and submitting inspectionreports.
  
• Willbe required to conduct onsite technical lube clinics and workshopsat times for enhancing brand awareness and while soliciting newbusinessopportunities.
  
• Attendingand managing customer complaints arising due to application orlubricant related reasons and should be able to provide inputs toprepare reports on Root Cause failureanalysis.
  
• Shouldbe able to understand ExxonMobil s range of Industrial &Automotive lubricants for delivering Value tocustomer

Requirements

Education:Diploma in in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. A Bachelor sDegree (B.E. or B.Tech.) in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering willbe anadvantage.

Experience:This role requires a minimum 3 years of experience in mechanicalmaintenance field based technical services or sales engineering andshould possess good understanding of Industrial applications likecement power steel plants etc. and/or automotive applications likeengines transmissions hydraulics etc. Must have sound understandingof customersandan experience with Lubricants Industry shall be preferred(optional).
