Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions.

This individual will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement changes on the Salesforce platform.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Develop Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other custom solutions as needed.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality of deliverables.
Provide technical expertise and support to resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize performance of Salesforce applications.
Keep abreast of Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality and efficiency.
Document technical specifications, solution designs, and code changes.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other developers to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Assist in deployment activities including migration of changes between environments and release Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II) preferred.

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design efficient solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
