Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our business needs.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in defining the architectural blueprint, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities :

Architectural Design: Lead the endtoend design of Salesforce solutions, including data model, integrations, workflows, and customizations, to address complex business requirements and maximize the platform's capabilities.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, leveraging declarative features, custom development, and thirdparty integrations as needed.
Platform Expertise: Demonstrate deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, to design comprehensive solutions that drive business value.
Integration Strategy: Define and implement integration strategies with external systems and data sources, utilizing tools like Salesforce Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, and RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.
Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks and best practices to ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection standards.
Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to enhance the responsiveness and efficiency of Salesforce applications, delivering a superior user experience for endusers.
Training and Enablement: Provide training and enablement sessions to empower Salesforce administrators, developers, and endusers with the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilize and maintain Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform features, functionality, and best practices, with handson experience in customizing and extending Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other development tools.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and enterprise architecture principles, with experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, marketing automation).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders, executives, and technical teams to drive consensus and alignment on Salesforce solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
