Designation:
Trainee - Customer Relationship Officer

  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to converse in regional language along with English.
  • Ability to convince customers
  • Assist customers in all their queries

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Understanding the need of the customers and helping the customers to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
  • Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
  • Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.

Educational Qualification:
Any Degree (With or Without backlogs)/ 12th Std/ Diploma


Salary:
Lacs per year;
Monthly take home 15000 + Incentives + Overtime allowance + Medical Insurance


Note:
Upon completion of 6 months and on being eligible for conversion the
CTC change would be 2.75LPA

Shift Timings:9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M** (including all the breaks in between)


Working Days: 6 days of Working and 1 Day Rotational Off (Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off)
