Description
Coordination of all CDP planning activities in Sales for VED

  • Continuous analysis and plausbilization of volume and sales data
  • Responsible for organizing and conducting regular CDP review meetings
  • Reporting of volumes and revenues to relevant functions in VED (BU Management; Controlling; Operations; Purchasing; Sales)
  • Continuous tracking and reporting of the quality of Master data
  • Special analysis and reporting by request
SPOT Planning

Strategic planning and opportunity tracking

'- Coordination of all SPOT planning activities in Sales for VED

  • Continuous analysis and plausibilization of volume and sales data
  • Responsible for organizing and conducting regular SPOT review meetings
  • Reporting of volumes and revenues to relevant functions in VED (BU Management; Program Management; Controlling; Operations; Purchasing; Engineering; Sales)
  • Continuous tracking and reporting of the quality of Master data
  • Special analysis and reporting by request
  • Participate and contribute to VED key processes (Business case; Strategy process)
  • Quarterly Volumes process: Alignment with Logistics; Harmonize SPOT data with OPP
  • Track LVPF development
Budget Planning Process Sales

'- Coordination of all activities regarding Budget planning process (external Sales) for VED

  • Set rules, standards and milestones in accordance with Corporate and BU
  • Ensure accuracy of prices, volumes and master data (e.g. Product/Plant Allocation; Customer calendar; F/X Rates) for final Budget
  • Review with regional and segment management incl. reporting
  • Prepare final Budget Review (external Sales) with VED Top Management incl. reporting
  • Implementation of Adjustments (Key user for Budget planning process)
  • Support and contribute to Division review
  • Final Adjustment to Fire
Market Share

10 year horizon

'- Steering and coordinating market share process for BU VED (two major updates per year)

  • Creating market share template to collect market data from global Sales
  • Analyzing consolidated market database and align with regions and segments
  • Cross BU alignment
  • Creation of market share report (Regions on Sales & Volumes, Customers, Competitors)
  • Providing data and analysis for different stakeholders/topics (BU and Division strategy processes)
  • Create Cycle plans out of market shares
Order Intake Process & Forecast

'- Coordination of target setting process (Alignment with regional heads)

  • Creating monthly Order Intake Report incl. Order Intake Forecast
  • Aligning and tracking Forecast projects with segments and regions
Sales Controlling Tasks

''- Coordination and reporting of price tracking processes in Sales (SPC/aPRD)

  • SPC/aPRD target setting process for Sales
  • Coordination of customer agreed volumes
  • Support of Controlling for Financial Sales

Planning Processes and Tools

'- Key interface to all VED-/Central Functions with regards to Sales planning

  • CARTs approval for VED Sales
  • Administration of CDP and SPOT Tool for VED Sales
  • Providing individual training sessions and knowledge sharing for Sales planning processes
  • Key interface for development and implementation of new automotive planning processes and tools (e.g. SCI, Volume predication, Casa, Comet)
  • Continuous improvement of Sales planning methods and tools (e.g. PowerBI; Knime; Visual Basic)
Special Tasks

(Case by Case)

'- Support for Material Shortage Task Force Activities

  • Coordination of Iasi Sales team (Recruiting process; Employee dialogues; Team lead; Goal alignment)
  • Commercial Scorecard

Qualifications
University degree in Economics, Business, Engineering or equivalent


Additional Information
5-8 years of experience. With good entry position; first steps to develop and expand analytical skills should be taken already during the education/university (e.g. internships, working student etc.)

Salary:
₹70, ₹90,000.00 per month
