Business Analyst - Job Description - Overall, - 7 years of experience in Software industry - Minimum of - 5 years as a Business Analyst - Minimum of - 2 years in Power BI - Hands-on experience in Backlog management - Create User Stories for Business Requirements - Proven experience in providing business solutions in Retail - Proven experience in guiding the development team in design, development and troubleshooting issues - Collaborate with business partners at various levels to research and validate functional requirements - Engage and communicate with stakeholders and development team to clarify cross-functional and cross-domain requirements, and overcome cross-team obstacles to meet the overall organizational goals - Review, comment, follow-up and target reported defects and enhancement requests - Hands-on Experience in building Automation solutions using Power Platform - Power BI - Hands-on experience in creating dashboards and complex reports using Power BI - should have excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills - Proven experience in writing basic queries in SQL Server - SQL Server, Power BI, SSRS (Preferable) - Experience in using Ticketing tool, viz.
