Paint Technicians and Construction Chemicals Quality Engineers are responsible for ensuring the quality of paint and other chemical products used in construction.

They work with a team of engineers, chemists, and production staff to develop, test, and implement new products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality control testing:

Paint technicians and construction chemicals quality engineers must conduct quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

They analyze the data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and make recommendations for improvements.

Develop and maintain testing procedures:
Paint technicians and construction chemicals quality engineers must develop and maintain testing procedures to ensure consistent product quality. They work with production staff to ensure that testing is conducted properly and on time.

Identify and investigate quality issues:

They collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve these issues and prevent them from recurring in the future.

Participate in product development:

Qualifications:

Salary:
