Senior Architect:

Senior architectural designers lead the design and development of architectural projects for commercial buildings, residential homes, and public spaces. Their responsibilities include interpreting client briefs, preparing designs, and planning projects.

They also manage the engineering and construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations
  • Researching and inquiring about different materials
- assigning them tasks to Junior Architects

  • Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops
  • Explaining design requirements Technicians
  • Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients
  • Preparing building models and structure plans
  • Conducting mockup sessions
  • Guiding the construction project from start to finish
  • Presenting project briefs to clients
  • Solving the clients' requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project
  • Developing projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline

Requirement:


  • Minimum 10 years
  • Revit software experience In prior
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Master degree in Architecture
  • Knowledge AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Revit software desirable in prior bases
  • Qualities in leadership and networking skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary:
₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
