Real Estate Executive

Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's real estate goals and objectives.
  • Lead the real estate department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, investors, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in real estate management and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:


  • Must have 13 years of experience in real estate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate management, including acquisitions, development, leasing, sales, and property management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

  • New Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
